The 1989 Congress Farnam Reining Futurity Champion, Top 20 at the 1989 NRHA Futurity, Lazy E Classic Top 10, and AQHA World Show Top 10 from a limited showing career, Sargeant Freckle has also shown that he is a sire. He had 10 foals in the US prior to coming to Australia. Esthers Freckle is a multiple World Champion Show Roping horse, and all but 2 of his offspring in the US have AQHA or NRHA performance points.

In Australia, Sarge earned a ROM Reining as well as exhibiting Reining to the Olympic committee prior to the 2000 Olympics. At the 2000 Sydney Olympics, he was one of the team to showcase reining to the World. In Australia, he has produced outstanding pleasure horses, reiners, Halter horses, and cutting horses from limited progeny.

His temperament is outstanding – he is a true gentleman- and his offspring are gentle horses with lovely movement, and all very trainable.
